Todd Hershman

President and Co-Founder

As one of the original founders of CIS, Todd has been instrumental in all facets of CIS’ growth. Todd's primary focus in CIS' first two decades was developing revenue streams and forging partnerships with strategic manufacturers and running the sales organization. Todd assumed the role of President in July of 2016. While overseeing and having input on CIS’ entire organization, Todd has taken a hands-on role in growing CIS as a world-wide force in the identity and access management space, where, CIS had been named as one of the top ten identity and access management solution providers in the US for the last three years. In addition, under Todd’s leadership CIS was awarded MicroFocus Net IQ IAM Partner of the Year.
A fanatical client-first mentality is what has set Todd apart throughout his career in the technology industry. Todd and his co-founders built CIS on the principle that the best way to ensure they had ecstatic clients was to provide world class subject matter experts to smoothly integrate even the most complex technologies, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Todd has successfully ensured that this notion was never lost, throughout the firm's growth, and directly participates in every aspect of the firm's client relationships. 
Prior to co-founding CIS in 1995, Todd developed the Sales and Marketing operations for another technology firm, growing the organization from inception to a renowned regional integration entity.
Todd has been a keynote speaker at various industry events throughout his career. Todd has a B.S. in education from Temple University, where he received a full athletic scholarship. While at Temple, Todd was a two-year starter for the Temple Owls football team, with his teammate, now the current Tampa Bay Buccaneers Head Coach Todd Bowles and under SuperBowl Champion head coach Bruce Arians.
