Jim began his career in 1983, working on System V Unix for the U.S. Army. He holds an associate degree in computer science from St. Peter's College.

His professional experience includes positions on Wall Street with esteemed firms such as Salomon Brothers, Chase, Credit Suisse, and Bank of America. He has also worked with Foster Wheeler, BASF, and Casio.

In April 1999, Jim joined CIS, marking a significant milestone in my career.
