Mr. Thomas Horne – COO and Co-Founder

Mr. Horne has over 25 years experience in the technology industry. He is involved in all operational aspects of CIS. Mr. Horne was instrumental in developing new technology channels for the company, including developing the company’s identity management and disaster recovery businesses. Mr. Horne has been a featured speaker at CA Technologies’ 2008 CA World. Prior to co-founding CIS, Mr. Horne was the Executive Vice President of Computer Maintenance Incorporated. He graduated from LeMoyne College with a degree in business administration.
